Simple But Strong
✨ Hello LIGHT family, there was something my mom used to say to me, that was simple but was so powerful at the same time. I feel the need to share because I feel many who know have forgotten. There were times she told me " treat others , how you want to be treated" and I am sure many of you heard that saying as a child in school or where ever.
If everyone in the world practiced that simple concept, there would be less pain and suffering. Thanksgiving is around the corner and that gives everyone a chance to do that. It is easier said than done , since we all have feelings and sometimes they get the best of us. Yet, that does not make it impossible and I thank God for forgiveness. No one likes to be hurt, talked about, get bullied, kicked while they're down, hunted..... and the list goes on. A lot of people might say " it's fun, why not? " but I am going to tell you why not, because it would not be fun if it happened to someone you cared about or yourself, if that's the only person you care about.
People not caring or not having someone to care about is why there is so much misery in the world. There are so many people that get mad because somebody else is happy, that is a shame. When instead of getting mad, they should do something that makes their selves happy too. Misery loves company , but that don't mean you got to go visit. No one is perfect , but that does not mean people have to make things worse. Best thing to do to a negative and stay positive at the same time, is to ignore the negativity and embrace as much goodness as we can. We do that already when we are in a good mood, we just keep on smiling no matter what. At tax season everybody is nice to each other if they don't owe. There is nothing wrong with walking away from negativity on a regular basis, to go do something positive, that is actually right.
So if you chose to walk away from that bull, stay positive and tell that negativity, you just do you, and Ima do me ✌" and you keep on moving into positivity. ✔✔
